Directions for use;
Apply a sufficient (*) amount of sunscreen evenly to uncovered parts of the body 30 minutes before exposure to sunlight.
Repeat use often especially after intense sweating, swimming and sweeping.
Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight even if you are using sunscreen.
Excessive sun exposure is a serious health risk.
Avoid exposure to strong midday sun.
