How to Take – Dosage
Apply to dry and clean skin. Apply the patch around the area you want to protect with the side of the gel touching the skin. Stretch it in both directions before applying it to the big toe. Remove it during sleep.
To clean it, use warm water in which you have dissolved soft soap. Let it dry away from a fire and pour a little talcum powder on top to prevent it from sticking.
Store in a dry and cool place.
