Defective Products
In case of a defective product, please contact clinicstore.gr, via email by sending us a photo of the product and its packaging.
The company has towards you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. In particular, in the event of a defect in the product we sell you, you may (a) request its repair at no charge to you or its replacement unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, (b) request a reduction in the price and (c) withdraw, unless it is a minor actual defect. The above obligations do not apply if the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in the strict or broad sense.
In case of a damaged parcel you have the right not to receive. We will be informed again to process your order. In case of receipt of the goods we are not responsible.
Right of Withdrawal
After the delivery of the order, you have the right to return the products, exactly in the condition you received them, by sending a relevant statement within 14 calendar days of delivery, to the address: 89 Chrysostomou Smyrnis Chrysostomou Store , Kalamata Tel: 2721026166 or via e-mail to info@clinicstore.gr. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.
The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt – invoice).
The costs for the return of the order are borne by the consumer.
Within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products by the company, and provided that they are in their original condition and have not been damaged or deteriorated, the company will refund the customer the amount of the value charged to the customer using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction (unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise).
If the returned product has been damaged or damaged through the fault of the customer or has been reduced in value by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products, the company will estimate the value of the damage and the amount of the reduction in value and if the company is obliged to make a refund to the customer, the corresponding amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of the product are not met, then the product will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
In case of repeated returns by the consumer, clinicstore.gr, reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of the product, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 CC).
Clinicstore.gr reserves the right to remove or legally modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3k of L. 2251/1994 does not apply
a) the supply of goods that are perishable or expire soon (within 2 months and for which you have already been informed that they will expire soon).
b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery,
(c) the supply of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised and
(d) the supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
All infant milk products are non-refundable.
