IBS LACTOLEVURE® is a food for special medical purposes, for the dietary treatment of people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
It contains 3 selected strains of lactic acid bacteria & vitamin D, with a mechanism of action on key elements of the pathophysiology of IBS: reduction of intestinal permeability, correction of intestinal microbial dysbiosis, and reduction of inflammation and intestinal hypersensitivity. It helps to improve quality of life and reduce stress associated with bowel condition. Its efficacy in patients with CHD has been demonstrated in a clinical trial (Lorenzo-Zuñiga, V., et al. World J Gastroenterology, 2014. 20: 8709-16) and vitamin D deficiency has been repeatedly linked to a higher risk of CHD and a decrease in quality of life in patients with CHD.
Dosage – How to use:
1 sachet once a day (at least 3×109 cfu Lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7484, Lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7485 and Pediococcus acidilactici CECT 7483). Empty the contents directly into the mouth and swallow, or dissolve the contents in 200 mL of cold water (maximum temperature 30ºC) and drink immediately. It is recommended to take it for at least 6 weeks.

Storage conditions:
Store in a shady and cool place below 25ºC. Protect it from direct exposure to light. The expiry date indicated refers to packages that are intact and properly stored. Do not freeze it.
