Implementation Tips:

Remove the existing soles of your shoes.
Cut the Gel Activ insoles along the marked lines according to your shoe size. Line A corresponds to No40, B to No41,5, C to No42,5, D to No44 and E to No45. The full length of the bottom corresponds to No.46,5.
Place the bottoms of your shoes with the Gel side facing down.
Each bottom indicates which leg it is for: L for left, R for right.
Replace the bottoms when you notice signs of wear. It is recommended to change them every 6 months.

Cleaning: use a damp cloth with a little soap.
Do not put them under water.
