Key ingredients:
Essential oils of peppermint, thyme, rosemary & eucalyptus
Plant extracts of tea, cranberry, blueberry & elderberry
Glycerol of plant origin.

Instructions for use:
Blow your nose well before using the product.
Shake the bottle.
Remove the protective cap.
Press the sprayer once or twice until a fine mist of product appears.
Insert the nozzle into a nostril and press the sprayer to apply 2-3 sprays while inhaling lightly. Repeat this procedure in the other nostril.
Clean the nozzle with a tissue and close the bottle with the cap after each use.
