Active Ingredients
Retinal ⁄ Retinaldehyde: Works up to 11 times faster than classic retinol, while being gentle.

Instructions for use
In the evening, after cleansing, apply a small amount on the face and neck.
Then apply Medik8 moisturiser.
Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3 should be applied gradually.
For the first 2 weeks use twice a week.
For the next 2 weeks use every other day.
After this gradual period, you should be able to use it every day.
At any sign of irritation reduce the frequency of use until the skin has acclimatised.
