Specifically, choline is a water-soluble trace element that enhances the process of fat (lipid) metabolism into energy. Choline also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal lipid metabolism and maintenance of normal function in the liver.Inositol, also known as vitamin B8, is a water-soluble element and creates a building block for every cell membrane in the body. It functions similarly to choline. L-Methionine is a key amino acid that plays an important role in the creation of proteins and peptides.

Suggested Use:
Taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 1-3 tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the instructions for use.
