IgActive Omega 3 30 Soft Caps

A concentrated source of Omega-3 fatty acids EPA & DHA from marine fish oils. EPA and DHA support arterial health, cholesterol maintenance at good levels and overall heart health. They also reduce joint inflammation, stiffness and pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

Omega-3 fatty acids are particularly beneficial during pregnancy because they enhance the growth and development of the infant and especially the proper formation of the eyes and brain.
Dosage
One to two capsules a day with food.
