Head Immobilizer (0805908)

– It consists of two sections of foam material with vinyl lining, which are fixed to a base with straps so that it can be adapted to different types of stretchers.
– The 0805908 Head Immobilizer can be used together with the 0805907 Transfer Board and the 0805910 Scoop Carrier.
– The head strap is designed to fit the patient’s forehead.
– There are holes for monitoring the patient’s ear.
– It is designed to physically support the injured person’s head, avoiding as much as possible additional pressure on it.
– Minimal interference with X-ray, MRI or CT scanners.
– The waterproof plastic coating makes it easy to prevent bacterial growth on the components. It will not absorb blood or bodily fluids. Durable and easy to clean.
– Direct contact with the skin, can be used in very cold weather.
– Can be used on Ships, Ambulances, Hospitals, Sports and Mountaineering Clubs and generally outdoors to transport patients and injured people.
