How to Take – Dosage
Confirm the shoe size by referring to the size guide inside the package and place it inside the shoe to see if it fits.
Separate the bottoms, place them on the size guide and make the outline. Cut the bottoms according to the size and according to the outline you have already made. For better application, do not cut them too small. Place them inside the shoes with the fleece side up.
