METHODS OF USE
Use of milking:
Daily, morning and evening on clean nails, gently massaging until fully absorbed.

Use of Lima:
Pink surface: file the nail in a vertical direction, from the root to the tip.
free side (perform 5 repetitions).
White surface: file the nail in a vertical direction, from the root to the tip.
the free side (perform 10 repetitions).
Grey surface: file the nail in a horizontal direction, from one end
to the other for about 1 minute.
