Bio-kult Candea also contains garlic and grapefruit seed extracts, which are known in phytotherapy for their powerful antifungal properties. A number of clinical studies show that the active ingredient in garlic, alysine, acts by inhibiting the lipid production of candida, thus stopping its growth, while grapefruit seed extract destroys the microbial membrane of the fungus so that candida cannot adhere to the intestinal walls.
Candida feeds mainly on sugar and carbohydrates, so limiting these foods while taking Bio-kult Candea enhances its effectiveness.
The foods that should be avoided during the effort to fight the fungus are mainly canned fruits, aged cheeses, alcohol, coffee, tea, white bread, white pasta, peanuts, mushrooms, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, soy, sugar, chocolate, honey, honey, vinegar, margarines, peanut oil, corn oil, corn oil, vamake oil.

HOW TO USE:
2 capsules a day together.
