These capsules contain a concentrated fish oil which provides 700mg of Omega 3 per capsule.
The fish oil undergoes a sophisticated purification and 5-stage molecular distillation process which ensures that the final product is relatively odourless, with contaminant levels well below the strict European Union maximum limits.
The protection of the oil within the capsule from oxidation is achieved thanks to the addition of natural vitamin E.
The beneficial components of fish oil are the two omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
