Griffonia Seed Extract (5-HTP 100mg)
Natural Extract of Griffonia Seeds
5-HTP (short for 5-hydroxytryptophan) is the hydroxylated form of the amino acid tryptophan, which is found in high-protein foods such as meat and dairy products.
The body produces 5-HTP from tryptophan, which is then converted in the brain to the neurotransmitter serotonin.

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) (As 362mg of titrated extract (11:1) equivalent to 3982mg of Griffonia simplicifolia seeds).

Tableting with: Calcium Carbonate, Titrated Griffonia Seed Extract (Griffonia simplicifolia), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Glycerol).
Dosage: Up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime.
Start with one tablet and increase if necessary.
The product is best taken for periods of up to 3 months.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Storage:Store in a cool, dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
