Apply evenly to face and body at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat use often to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. To achieve the protection corresponding to the sun protection index, you should use 2 mg⁄cm2 (about 6 teaspoons for an adult body). Warning: Reducing the indicated amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Do not spend too much time in the sun even if you use sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat. Allow time for the product to absorb before coming into contact with the clothes. Sunscreen products may cause
