How does the NUK Bottle Cleaning Liquid work?

In the first few months of life, a baby’s main foods are milk and baby food. After feeding, residues remain on bottles, nipples, cups and plates, where bacteria and unpleasant odours can grow.

To gently remove these residues, we have created the NUK Bottle Cleaning Liquid. Here, ingredients that are not necessary for cleaning from baby food residues have been removed. Instead, the NUK Bottle Cleaning Liquid contains enzymes that are particularly effective against milk proteins and formula coagulants.

Even in nature, enzymes also help to break down and dissolve proteins. For this reason, the composition of the new cleaning fluid is based on this model from nature. Thanks to its thin consistency, the cleaning fluid dissolves quickly. Protein residues are broken down by enzymes and can be easily washed away completely.

To clean the bottle

Pour a scoop of liquid into the bottle. Using a bottle brush, wash gently but thoroughly with a little warm water. Rinse completely in running water. For sterilisation we recommend the NUK Vario Express steam steriliser.

Note: Always keep the cleaning fluid out of the reach of children. If the product comes into contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with water. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
